The Armoury-Quadrangle Civic Association is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization that represents residents and businesses in the Armoury-Quadrangle neighborhood of downtown Springfield. Our neighborhood is also called “Metro Center”.
Within our boundaries, you will find STCC, the Museums at the Quadrangle, the Springfield Armory National Historic Site, the Central Library, and many other sites important to the history of Springfield.


The new Union Station has opened with PVTA buses leaving from since June 25, 2017. This link is for a pdf of our version of a map showing the berth (Gate) where the buses leave from at the new Union Station. The map PVTA availabe online at this link.

We are told a “revised handbook” is available through this link and the “Good Neighbor Handbook is here. The community policing meeting for “Sector E” (our area) is on the First Thursday of each month. Contact the new Community Policing Citizen Liaison Magda Rodriguez at (413-787-6359) for more information about locations and such.
